In this role I coached EY client serving teams pursuing the largest, most strategic deals in the Americas. As a member of the Strategic Deal Management team, we drove the leading standard of pursuit excellence and innovation across the firm. We developed leading-practice pursuit strategies and collateral, participate in ongoing workstreams that elevate our brand with our clients through innovation and digital solutions, and lead regional trainings that aim to share best practices and winning techniques.

In this role, I consulted with Business Development Executives and Region leadership to develop and implement winning pursuit materials that are designed to achieve specific sales results. I ensured that all steps of the pursuit/proposal process were adhered to and that the content and end product is of the highest quality.Following pursuit completion I was responsible for coaching client serving personnel in oral presentations and prepared supporting client-facing deliverables to bring in the win. We enabled teams to convey information and ideas clearly and concisely using sales techniques and media.

I worked with the Development team to coordinate the planning, implementation and logistics of local and statewide events to fund raise for major campaigns within the organization. I developed grants and proposals to secure sponsorship for each event. I also utilized the organization's CRM tool to track and effectively communicate with a sponsor and donor base of more than 10,000.

I was assigned to support to all departments within Development in various capacities, including: Major Gifts, the Children's Miracle Network, Special Event planning, and social media marketing with a focus on donations and gift RFPs to secure sponsorship to fund major Hospital initiatives.
