A couple of tasks from my everyday work life could include: - Write bespoke, custom code in R/Python/SQL, to manipulate and process data- Build algorithmic models using many machine learning techniques from a simple linear regression model, to random forests or complex neural networks. - Merge, manage, interrogate and extract data from multiple data warehouses, to supply tailored reports/dashboards to colleagues, clients or the wider organisation. - Work closely with clients to gather requirements to build solutions and identify opportunities. - Giving training on courses such 'Introduction to R' and 'Statistical Analysis of Data Sets'

o Analyse, model and interpret qualitative and quantitative data in R and python.o Predict and look for trends within data. o Implementing tag management systems such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics using JavaScript/jQuery for many big clients such as Sainsbury’s Bank, British Gas and Legal & General. o Maintaining marketing tracking tags and fixing any errors. o Building an attribution model using Bayesian Statistics.

Responsibilities: o Processing a high volume of invoices within two systems, Oracle R12 and OCR, for all NWSSP AP Teams.o Ensuring invoices are paid accurately and within a 30-day period.o Ensuring that VAT is correctly recovered.o Completing tasks to strict deadlines. I enjoyed learning new software and applying these skills accurately; this is demonstrated by my quick learning of Oracle R12 in which I operate extremely efficiently, particularly when invoicing. Working in an office environment with a team has also developed a great business acumenwhere I enjoy collaborating my ideas with my colleagues and working together in our open plan environment to ensure tasks are completed well in advance.
