Each founding partner paid a yearly admin fee to help with the running costs. 35 lead agencies joined in year 1. Brands then sponsored live briefs. Diageo become the lead sponsor globally and it was scaled to NY and Mumbai. The programme consists of a two week Bootcamp in March. Week one is with D&AD, week two is taking briefs from founding partners, so creatives participating can respond to live briefs for their portfolios. Highly scalable global model.
