Senior Graphic Designer
Current• Successfully see projects through from conceptualization through final production by discussing concepts, routing options, correctly making revisions, meeting deadlines, attending press checks while communicating with stakeholders throughout the process.• Maintains and manages graphic design production schedule for each facet of the nine annual events the Museum hosts by communicating with stakeholders, prioritizing daily and utilizing project management software.• Teaches, mentors, coaches and supervises graphic design intern in technical skills, creative process, production timelines and soft skills like confidence, communication and problem solving skills.• Collaborates with event stakeholders to understand the stakeholders inspo board through a team meeting, and then designs all related event collateral which includes but is not limited to save the dates, invitations, digital and print ads, digital and print event collateral, and sponsorship packets.• Designs all Museum digital and print advertisements by partnering with the Senior Marketing Manager to implement and execute the vision across all mediums of each campaign. • Thrives on layout design projects such as the quarterly Museum newsletter.• Efficiently works on 18-25 projects weekly.• Creates, discusses and implements processes throughout departments in order to streamline workflow.
