The Winery at Bull Run holds the title as the closest winery to Washington D.C. in the state of Virginia, overlooking 5,000 acres of countryside home to the historic Manassas National Battlefield. Responsibilities Included:• Learning and absorbing a vast amount of information on Virginian viticulture and enology in order to ensure an insightful experience for our customers . • Conducting 30 minute long tastings & presentations with customers discussing Winery at Bull Run's wine and intensive history. • Maintaining flourishing relationships with customers and their winery experience to ensure a memorable & enjoyable visit. • Worked registers and behind-the-counter customer service; assisting guests with inquiries, wine purchase, gift shop & event tickets.• Maintaining prestigious reputation by upholding winery's environment by conducting regular employee clean up. to be to help customers dream and design projects that best fit their needs, and to deliver quality products that exceed expectations.
