I have been in the customer service industry for 24 years and am looking for new and exciting ways to apply my skills. I have earned my Google Data Analytics Certificate online through Coursera and continue to practice what I learned in Excel, SQL and R Studio. I am intrigued by data with all that you can learn from it and how it can positively impact future decision making. I am a quick learner and will ask questions to learn more and understand better. I value the knowledge and experience of more tenured employees.When I’m not working, I enjoy hobbies such as camping, kayaking, riding my motorcycle, playing with my dog and more recently, gardening. I think that having a good work/life balance is essential to being a good employee and feeling fulfilled with life in general, so I really try to make the most of my time, both personally and professionally.
