About Emily Brown

As a Human Resources Specialist I work with people managers to support, encourage, and engage talented teams at work. After years spent working in a variety of roles and industries, I've been able narrow down on the key tool that makes for happy and productive employees – how well you, as a manager, know your team and what you do with that knowledge.I have supported teams in both Canada and across the pond and I know that keeping your workforce engaged is the best way to meet your goals in the long term.
