CurrentBuild and expand people and process capabilities. Drive operational excellence within a culture of teamwork, compassion and emotional intelligence. Ensure strong business alignment of the HR function. Work with functional leads to develop and maintain job specifications, company policies, and benefit programs. Ensure HR compliance, including managing personnel files and related documentation, handbooks, payroll, and managing compliance with all state and local laws. Design and manage insurance and benefit programs, including workers’ compensation, healthcare, and leave policies. Create and manage enterprise-wide performance review process and timely completion. Direct employee relations and culture-focused initiatives to ensure growth is aligned with the SPCA's mission. Oversee all associates in the HR department, as well as volunteer coordination.
