Led contract negotiation and critical issue resolution for all North American business units for global corporation, including distribution contracts, vendor agreements, and non-disclosure agreements. Served as lead software and cloud technology negotiator for procurement and sales enterprises. Managed request for proposal (RFP) processes for various business lines.

Managed all communications and related administrative duties for executive director and board of directors of the Association of Evidence Based Practice, a VisionQuest affiliate. Acted as primary contact with respect to all external director and officer-level communications, including creating and managing relationships with governmental agencies, association members and internal employees. Organized and executed complex and time sensitive projects.
