CurrentBPD (formerly Revive)Event Management •Planning of all internal staff events• Support needs of meetings with clients and internal teams (location, catering, IT, A/V, special requests, travel arrangements)• Coordination of several conferences and Revive sponsored external events • On-site presences for booth management and support at conferences • Point of contact for all event vendors • Conference attendee management, including coordination of travel accommodations, scheduling, and navigation of the event• Invoice and budget management • Post conference follow up and support for lead generationBrand Support• Ambassador of the brand and how it comes to life in the employee experience through the assets and guidelines that are provided• Responsible for the creative and unique ways of engaging our employees, highlighting their successes, and building the culture• Packaging and sending brand material to current and prospective clients• Onboarding support to all new joiners in acclimation to the brand guidelines and what it means to be a representative of the company• Support in blending the Talent and Brand functions – business cards, headshots, etc.Office Management• Property management, including ownership of office safety • Inventory of supplies and office needs
