Coordinated interactions with multiple hotel guests to ensure an enjoyable stay at our lodge. This included answering concierge-style questions with suggestions about the national parks tailored to their needs or there length of trip. During the summer months, I worked as a wrangler guiding daily horseback trail rides. Part of the experience we provided guests included a presentation on information about the history and ecology of the area.

Provided excellent customer service and assisted a variety of customers and tourist visiting Mt. Rainier National park.Tasked with working the closing shift of the Longmire gift shop alone, which included closing out all of the registers & locking up the store. Volunteered with ACMNP during my time in the park. I coordinated with a team of six other volunteers to organize weekly Sunday worship services for campgrounds within the national park. This included writing a 20-30 sermon on a Christian topic of my choosing approximately every 3 weeks, and presenting it to visitors in an open amphitheater Sunday mornings.

Texas A&M University

Directed a team of 17 undergraduate staff with a strategic plan for various advertising and editorial articles in a 48 page direct to print magazine. This magazine received no funding from the college, thus our advertising team was instrumental in allowing our publication to flourish. Throughout this process I assisted them and coordinated to ensure we met our monetary goals. As Editor, I supervised the magazine design process and encouraged my staff to develop their own skill set, while contributing as needed to graphics and layout design.I guided staff writers with their article development and writing process. Assisted in editing each article, while coaching the staff through their page design process. As a staff writer in 2015, I wrote and designed the article 3,000 Miles Later for the Spring 2016 issue.
