I am responsible for design, implementation and management of all design related activities on new and existing acquisitions in the western United States. This also includes the hiring and oversight of third party consultants such as interior design consultants, signage consultants, and fitness consultants. The overall design for each acquisition consist of model units, clubhouse / leasing center design, exterior building coloration, and outdoor living spaces/ pools, fitness facilities, and any other outdoor amenities. The complete design turn around typically takes place within the first 8 months of acquiring the acquisition. I work closely with asset and property management on the selection of unit finishes that meet the budget and work with the demographic. My goal is to provide my team and my consultants the communication and support needed in order to make the new acquisition meet and or exceed its expected profits.
