Manage all aspects of incoming and outgoing loans and traveling exhibitions. Maintains all records relating to loans in the glass collection (both incoming and outgoing) and exhibition documentation. Assists with the movement of objects, whether owned by the museum or on loan. Coordinates all loan shipments, both international and domestic, both to and from the collection. Coordinates all courier travel and accommodations both to and from the museum. Participates in ongoing collections data verification, research, and updates in the museum’s collection database, TMS Collections, and ensures the safety of collections, visitors and staff. As a member of the Collections Management team, works collaboratively with the Conservation and Photography staff on all collections and gallery projects.

Assists the Registrar in maintaining all records relating to the glass collection with emphasis on loans (both incoming and outgoing) and exhibition documentation. Assists with the movement of objects, whether owned by the Museum or on loan. Participates in ongoing collections data verification, research, and updates.

Public program delivery, visitor and special event services.

Conduct collection inventories, object cataloging and object record creation and record maintenance using TMS, The Museum System, as well as other duties assigned by the Collections Manager and Registrar.

Art movement, handling and project coordination. Coordinated and organized photography to digitize the Works on Paper collections at the National Gallery of Art through the Rapid Capture Project with the generous support of the Samuel H. Kress Foundation.

Coordinating the digitization of the Certified Plate Proof Collection at the Smithsonian National Postal Museum.

Gave tours of the house for daily visitors as well as special event guests. Taught age-appropriate historical content to grade school children and girl scouts.

Assisted the Collections/Curatorial Department with collection management needs.
