Managed data program in support of Affiliate operations for 40 Joslin outpatient centers across 17 states; responsible for requirements definition and implementation of data collection processes/methods/systems, data validation and reporting.Collaborated with business leaders, medical directors, outcomes analysts, HIPAA compliance officer and data architect to continually define and document data collection and reporting requirements.Served as liaison to IT in the development of database infrastructure and systems; drafted documentation, tested data entry/load functionality/report outputs.Led cross-functional teams of affiliate hospital administrators, hospital IT staff, and Joslin IT staff to implement a proprietary data system that aggregates patient billing and lab data. Managed staff and implemented systems, procedures and processes required to operate a pilot funded by an unrestricted educational grant from a large pharmaceutical company. Program designed to educate the staff and patients of over 800 Primary Care Providers in basic diabetes self- management skills.
