Hired as the Marketing Assistant in November of 2014 and promoted to Marketing Coordinator in June 2017. I was honored in 2017 to be selected as the 'Employee of the Year' for the Marine Corps Marathon Organization (MCMO). A major responsibility of mine involves updating and maintaining our website to reflect the event schedule and details for all 18+ events we host each year across seven event weekends. Enhancing UX is an ongoing task to ensure runners and the community are able to find the information needed, but also for our Sponsors so their provided assets are visible and well received.Building relationships with our 70+ sponsors is another important role of mine. To meet objectives and goals for not just MCMO but for our sponsors as well. I continue to track deliverables and due dates for all Sponsors throughout the year. Items range from newsletter tile ads to the delivery of 50,000 water bottles to the finish line for event day.

While working for Executive Concierge Group I wrote and published weekly blogs and maintained the social media calendar. I used HootSuite to help manage the social media posts across the various company pages and updated the website content and branding using WordPress CMS.
