Edmund Rice Foundation (Australia) is an international development organisation which supports delivery of sustainable education projects in developing countries and projects in Australia for socially and financially disadvantaged children, youth and families, including programs for indigenous Australians, refugees and asylum seekers.The Programs Director is responsible for supporting successful implementation of around 30 ERFA partner programs. This includes evaluation, capacity building and in-country monitoring. The role is responsible for management of ERFA's Nairobi branch office is also responsible for program partnerships.

Designed and delivered tailored language training for individuals and groups in corporate organisations in Germany including Siemens, Daimler Chrysler and banking institutions. Coached executives in the use of English language to meet business objectives.

Conference Australia was a PCO delivering events on behalf of government and corporate clients both within Australia and offshore.In this role I was a senior member of the management team responsible for company’s strategic planning, business operations and finance.As production director I was a member of several high-level steering committees and was responsible for the delivery of all events including ministerial led Australian government trade and investment missions, conferences and exhibitions throughout the Asia region.Other aspects of the role included management of all event marketing and publicity; business development including tenders, proposals and presentations; research and development of concepts and content for events; and sponsorship identification, sales and delivery.
