• Implement the terms of the Templeton Foundation 5-year grant aimed at developing a “culture of integrity” at Emory University.• Serve as the overall project manager, coordinating the long-term strategic plan, implementation teams and committees, and curriculum development oversight. • Develop and utilize learning outcomes for programmatic elements of the project based on the Council for the Advancement of Standards (CAS) in Higher Education.• Define integrity and other similar verbiage in order to create a common language for the campus.• Create, implement, and establish the first-year common reading program and yearly academic themes.• Coordinate initiatives for the “Campus-Wide Conversation on Integrity,” which consists of intentional programming in common student spaces to better understand the culture at the institution.• Partner with Health 100 faculty to initiate integrity conversations throughout the semester-long first-year course. • Revise and write curricula as it pertains to Health 100 courses focused on goal-setting, values clarification, and positive mental health and flourishing. • Collaborate with stakeholders from both Academic Affairs and the Division of Campus Life to develop meaningful partnerships in order to ensure streamlined initiatives.• Advise the Student Integrity Advisory Council of 14 student leaders to create a peer-to-peer integrity model.• Serve as liaison to the Faculty Advisory Committee for the project, which consists of 25 faculty members from across campus who provide guidance to critical project initiatives.

Student Organizations and Leadership Development• Hire, train, supervise and evaluate ten Federal Work Study student workers.• Created a student employee weekly development series to promote excellence in academics andextra‐curricular activities.• Oversee logistical details and daily operations of the HYPE Resource Center, which focuses onorganization marketing techniques.• Directly advise 35 student organizations in the Student Government funded office space on officertransitions, event planning, fiscal responsibility, and risk management.• Develop and execute a re‐registration process for over 600 student organizations, includingrestructuring the chartering process for new student organizations.• Coordinate the annual Celebration of Leadership Awards banquet for seven student affairsdepartments to recognize student organization and leaders yearly achievements.• Coordinate student organization showcase opportunities throughout the year.• Serve on the Student Organization Development Committee to spearhead the inaugural studentorganization weekend retreat, The Leadership Challenge.• Restructured the Student Organization Leadership Development workshop series by updating thecurriculum and developing relevant topics, which increased attendance by four times during the fall2011 semester.Student Activities and Programming• Advise an event director on the Campus Activities Board for the monthly, campus‐wide event, “Patio Tuesday,” with a yearly budget of $35K and contracted outside vendors on a local and national level.• Advise the Director of Homecoming Ball & Court in overall logistics with an event budget of $32K, while improving attendance by 85%.• Assisted with the development and implementation of USF Week, including advising a student director for a signature event.

• Traveled nation-wide to over 15 chapters to provide support to the national headquarters by assessing current and recurring issues and establishing effective, efficient, and long-term solutions.• Focused on leadership development and team management by coordinating seminars and individual based development programs.• Worked with administration and student affairs staff to create a relationship between the chapter and collegiate community..• Established and served as the lead consultant for the Lehigh University chapter by recruiting and training over 100 collegiate women.
