CurrentPartner with internal clients to understand their hiring needs and strategize on how to identify the right talent, proactively communicating with them throughout the process.Use a variety of methods to identify talent including client and employee referrals, online applications, LinkedIn and traditional networking.Screen candidates through conversation to ensure they are qualified, interested, affordable, and available before presenting to clients for feedback.Assist the client and candidates through the interview and offer process, utilizing skills in negotiation and sales.Act as an ambassador of Freese and Nichols, ensuring each candidate has a positive experience, regardless of the final result of our engagement with them.
