Worked closely with distributor partners of all sizes. Provided guidance to distributors regarding products and everyday promotions. Created quarterly SPIFF programs to incentivize distributor Inside Sales Representatives. Worked with other products managers to create and implement quarterly promotions that would increase sales and appeal to customers.

Managed the companion animal Dental product portfolio, which included the existing DenTees & DentAcetic brands. Successfully launched the new Vetradent brand of six products over two years, working with internal Regulatory Affairs and international partners. Created and trained all new employees on dental products and how they can benefit customers. Created educational literature for professionals and pet owners, as well as the Vetradent website. Implemented a monthly educational eNewsletter geared towards veterinary professionals, written by a key opinion leader in the Veterinary Dental field. Came up with fun and creative promotions to increase sales and simultaneously help veterinary dental professionals.

Coordinated local, regional, and national trade shows and conferences. Managed Continuing Education meetings for territory managers around the country. Managed and maintained Dechra Student Representative program throughout 20-25 colleges and universities. Managed purchase orders, invoices, and facilitated timely payments.
