I lead the practice and collaborate with strategists, business consultants, designers, writers and artists to assemble the best team for the challenge.At an enterprise level, we support executive leadership teams during times of introspection, realignment, and transition. We deliver actionable insights to define a core purpose, build capacity, create effectiveness, and realize bold aspirations.At a project level, we partner with real estate investors, owners, and visionaries to position new and existing assets and create a strong sense of place. We collaborate with designers and artists to manifest connection and relevance through brand design, interior experiences, art installations and placemaking.

At Killian Pacific, I served on the Executive Leadership team and Investment Committee. At an Enterprise level, I led a multi-year, multi-phased repositioning and rebranding effort including; codifying the company-wide vision and KPIs, establishing processes and workflows, creating actionable tools, designing the visual identity and all brand collateral, developing and launching a new company website, and leading the interior design of the new office space in the Central Eastside. At a project level, I advocated for human-centered design and meaningful touch points across all owned assets and new developments. I played a critical role in directing brand, interior design, art, and placemaking initiatives through a social impact lens.

At FINE, the objective is to create a sense of gravity that pulls people into products and places, and manifests true meaning and impact. At FINE, my work focused on hospitality and real estate development.

At Liquid I explored content, trends and research to uncover insights and solve brand challenges. I collaborated with the creative and technology teams to bring strategies and stories to life, and to create meaningful experiences across physical and digital channels.

- Repositioned and redesigned the Vitals.com brand in collaboration with THINKmonumental- Supported the FashionBuddha team to redesign Caltech's website to more effectively showcase the institution as a thought leader in science and engineering, and to get prospective students and faculty excited about Caltech culture.
