I have over 20 years of experience as a curator and writer, working with artists, communities, and students to create transformative experiences through art. My curatorial practice is driven by a commitment to supporting underrepresented artists, and fostering experimental and interdisciplinary forms. I have curated more than 50 exhibitions and commissions with artists such as Kerry Tribe, Melvin Moti, Danny Giles, and Marisa Williamson and produced over 300 events, including lecture series, film series, performances, festivals, and workshops. My writing has appeared in BOMB and Contemporary Performance, and I have served on review panels for the National Endowment for the Arts, Creative Capital, New York State Council on the Arts, Artist Trust, 4Culture, and the Herb Alpert Awards, among others.
