Develops, executes and oversees all company initiatives in relation to Marketing, Creative and B2C/B2B E-Commerce goals.Some duties include:- Create, develop and oversee all copy, artwork, graphics for promotional eventsand marketing materials.- Conduct various campaigns for print and digital platforms including Google Adsand Facebook Business Manager.- Develop metrics and reporting to support ongoing and future projects.- Assist with the development, design, and maintenance of the new e-commerce websiteincluding the design and development of customized b2b account websites.- Present budget proposals and manages cooperatives with partners such as vendors.- Brand development and oversight of three exclusively owned scrub lines.- Conduct market research and initiate the implementation of various uniform programswith major hospitals and networks.- Multi-platform and multi-channel management for company operations, trainingprograms and position workflows.- Variety of other various office roles in assistance to all departments
