As a Principal I worked across public and private sector biopharma. I have worked with a US public healthcare agency to lead operating model and governance redesign, and partnered with a global biopharma R&D organization to advance the integration of data science into R&D.

I began my Project Leader tenure working with a biopharma client to design the next-generation commercial organization. With the emergence of the pandemic, I worked on two high-impact COVID response initiatives with US Government agencies, managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs.

As a Consultant, I supported several biopharma companies across diverse areas of their business, including brand revitalization, R&D footprint assessment, analysis of M&A targets, and commercial transformation.
