I love to solve problems and empower people with technology and intuitive systems, all the while, leading with my heart. To accomplish this, I believe in empowering the gaming and esports community through a user-centered design framework, communication, and a data-informed mindset. In my previous experience as a Human Factors Researcher, my goal was to bridge the gap between technology and human performance. In my time building, testing, and researching training systems for the US Military, I learned that a system is only as strong as the humans designing it, and problems are sure to arise, and problems must be solved. With the esports industry growing and changing at a rapid rate, I'm an expert in adapting, and getting what needs to be done, done. I've had the opportunity to grow and develop many skill sets across multiple roles in the esports industry. Enjoying roles such as community management, marketing, product management, and now operations.
