Assured overall high quality of grants administration and integrated work with other areas within the agency. - Raised 100% of the $560,000 grants income goal for 2015/2016 in the first half of the fiscal year from federal, state, and private foundation and corporate funders. - Created grant management system to improve donor cultivation, management, and retention.

Phoenix, Arizona Area

Led full-cycle grantsmanship process/moves management (research, cultivation, proposal writing, gift processing and follow-up, and reporting) for small (<$25K), medium and large ($1M+) corporate and private foundation donors; oversaw all systems and procedures within foundation and corporate fundraising department—coordinated with IT, Finance and Marketing departments to track fundraising goals and income, maximize systems for donor communication, and create web, social media, and hard copy fundraising materials. - Raised $753,259 from corporate and private foundation donors in 2013, 151% of the department’s annual target income goal of $500,000 and 286% increase in income from 2012. - Achieved 33% funding success rate from “cold” and “warm” corporate and foundation donors in 2014. - Supported expansion of organization donor base from smaller private foundations to relationships with large corporate foundations, including Walmart Foundation, Caterpillar Foundation, Coca Cola Foundation and Freeport McMoRan.

Facilitated customer relations, including problem solving and conflict management; designed and created in-store advertisement signage; managed customer service desk activity. - Contributed to company expansion by training employees and supporting startup operations in new Pennsylvania store.

Tegucigalpa, Honduras

Managed a 20-person work team for orphanage maintenance projects and recreational/educational activities; created fundraising communication materials for orphanage operations. - Initiated community mobilization by organizing a community mural project, with participation from orphans, orphanage staff, community members, and local leaders.

Led prospective student research, acquisition and cultivation; created and edited various program marketing and fundraising materials; managed administrative office activities. - Boosted student enrollment in the college’s Philadelphia Campus program.
