In my management role, I strengthened a community of MIT undergraduates by:- Creating new opportunities for student-led learning and community leadership.- Providing website development training, mentorship, and other resources.- Renovating a student lounge as a hub for group projects and peer-to-peer support.

As the lab manager, I worked with groups across MIT to:- Run an annual professional development program for secondary STEM teachers.- Manage funding and appointments for a staff of 20+ researchers and designers.- Support the faculty director in overall administration of the growing lab.
