To me being a restorative person means:- being adept at dealing with problems- being fascinated with the way things operate- intentionally spending a lot of time pondering behaviors, activities, skills, knowledge, processes, and ideas to perfect in the coming months, years, or decades.- thinking about things I could and should review, revise, repair, reorganize, or do better.- being keenly aware of the many factors that contribute to an environment or an outcome.- examining the data and facts, you probably identify areas in need of redesign, upgrades, improvements, or renovation.I am currently looking to utilize my skills as a creative problem solver and "restorative" individual towards a career that is in alignment with my own values and ethics.
