Emily Goodstein combines her love of new media with her extensive grassroots organizing background to craft engaging initiatives for clients. Emily’s work helps clients fulfill their missions, leveraging a multichannel approach to meld offline and online tools, including business development, content strategy, CRM selection, digital strategy, event planning, grassroots organizing, hiring and onboarding, online fundraising, partnership and coalition building, project management, social media marketing as well as strategic and expansion planning. Clients include Association of Public Health Laboratories, Arcadia Power, Blackbaud, DC Therapist Connect, Dr. Dan Griffin, Everwonder Camps, Genesis Prize, Ignite Digital Strategy, Localized, Matan, OneTable, Salesforce Foundation, Save the Children Action Network, Shout Mouse Press, The Nature Conservancy, TitleClose, Transport Workers Union and Van Ness Main Street.

Emily's photos document the day babies are born, including moms and dads and grandparents and doctors or doulas and midwives and tiny toes and hospital charts or birthing center clocks. Birth photos by themselves are stunning and celebrate an amazing day. Together, Emily's photos tell the story of little people arriving into the world.

While at Blackbaud (formerly Convio), Goodstein empowered non-profit clients to achieve online fundraising and advocacy success. Goodstein managed a wide range of enterprise accounts including internationally focused relief and aid groups, local and regional food banks, and DC based advocacy organizations.

During her time at the Religious Coalition, Goodstein oversaw a budget of over $400,000 and student programming in 40 states. She managed e-communications and social media outreach for RCRC's constituency of over 10,000 people. Goodstein also created and implemented a grant making initiative, online community, training program, and cadre of on-campus organizers. She engage over 6,000 young adults annually through faith positive pro-choice programming and facilitate movement-building partnerships with organizations working with young adults in the advocacy community.

Emily served as Hillel's resource on a wide array of issues, represented Hillel at a range of student conferences. She organized and marketed the 2006 Charlotte B. and Jack J. Spitzer B'nai B'rith Hillel Forum on Public Policy and implemented Hillel's Social Justice Advocacy Internship Program on 40 campuses. Emily also administered Hillel's week long community service trip to Israel for over 200 students.
