As a Festival Director, I am responsible for planning, promoting, and executing large-scale Arts Festivals for a family-owned and operated festival production company. All of the events we produce have been ranked in the top 50 Art Events in the U.S.. In this role, I manage artist and vendor recruiting, coordinate event logistics, and oversee all artist, vendor, and volunteer communications. I was also selected to join the Standards Board responsible for event curation.

Delivered in the cloud and leveraging a modern technology platform, Workday offers a fresh alternative to traditional solutions.As a Solutions Consultant, I have supported Workday’s Enterprise and Mid-Enterprise business units, for both net-new and existing customers. My role as a Human Capital Management (HCM) Solutions Consultant was to provide expertise in both technical and functional aspects of Workday’s broad HCM product offerings. In this role I gained a deep understanding of the needs of my HR customers across the topics of Recruiting, Talent Management, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Learning, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, Payroll, and Reporting. In this role I partnered with sales representatives to define a strategy to best address the customer’s requirements, then prepare and execute tailored, value-based demonstrations based on their unique business needs.

Responsible for all sales support activities of IQNavigator’s industry-leading VMS application, including technical configuration and presentation of custom demonstrations to Global 1000 companies. Key contributor of written content and documentation for prospective client RFPs. Liaise with product development team to drive new application features and functions. Recipient of IQNavigator’s ‘Team Recognition Award’ for my team’s performance in 2011, which marked our highest volume of new sales in the history of the organization.

Managed end-to-end client implementations including the planning, design and deployment of IQNavigator’s VMS application for new client program implementations and existing client expansions.

Oversaw all training activities within the IQNavigator organization, including new hire training, on-going employee training and certification programs. Responsible for the creation of client-specific training plans and end-user training documents, as well as the delivery of client-specific application training for hundreds of users as an integral part of our client implementation methodology. Recipient of IQN’s ‘Top Young Performer’ recognition award in Fall of 2007.
