Master of Speech Pathology graduate from La Trobe University, currently working in the disability sector. I am passionate about allied health and providing holistic, equitable, comprehensive, continuous and compassionate care to clients. I highly value the role of rapport, communication and patient-centred care within healthcare settings, and strive to continue to grow and learn as a young speech pathologist as I commence my working journey. Previously worked as a Triage and Admissions Clerk at the Royal Women's Hospital Emergency Department. This role as taught me invaluable skills such as organisation, time management and teamwork (with clerks, nurses and medical staff). Additionally, I have vast experience interacting with a wide variety of patients and their family members, including providing comfort and a safe environment in times of distress. I have experience and feel competent using EPIC and iPM systems.Outside of my professional life, my passions include cooking, sports (particularly netball, swimming and AFL) and travel. I love taking my dogs down to the beach and going on road trips with friends.
