• Responsible for providing accurate and timely reporting and data-mining to all levels of the business.
• Design, develop, implement and maintain daily reporting queries and reports using Oracle, SQL, SSIS, and SSRS.
• Assist multiple teams with update and maintenance of Excel reports to provide reporting capabilities to constantly-changing business requirements.
• Streamline and improve existing reporting processes and queries utilizing current technologies including VBA and VBS.
• Document reporting requirements to ensure business needs are met.
• Primarily responsible for executive-facing reports.

• Responsible for assistance with multiple projects both large and small from data loads for CAD transition to designing, developing, documenting, testing and implementing a web-based call-tracking application for the.
• Coordinate move to and maintain upgraded Business Objects platform.
• Create, correct, and maintain all Crystal Reports across multiple departments.
• Create, correct and upload Ambulance Run data to the State of Oklahoma Department of Health’s OKEMSIS system.
• Plan and create SQL databases for multiple web-based applications.
• Design, develop, and test a web-based application to move the paper Ambulance checkout form to a SQL database using ASP.NET and Notepad++.

• Responsible for quality assurance during the development of software updates for existing applications. Responsibilities include:
• Data-mine existing SQL databases for valid data to use during the execution of existing test plans.
• Execute existing test plans against software updates to verify stability and functionality of new releases.
• Update existing test plans to incorporate software updates and to ensure future testing cycles include updated functionalities
• Review application requirements to ensure testability of upgrades.
• Create test plans for new functionalities and new clients.

• Responsible for quality assurance during the development of a new counter automation application system. Responsibilities include:
• Data-mine existing Oracle Databases for valid data to use during the testing of the new application.
• Design, develop, and execute test cases for new counter application.
• Reporting of testing metrics to DTG leadership
• Train best shore team in testing criteria for the project
• Guide team through all phases of testing.

• Responsible for the coordination of activities related to ensuring that the rental counter system control files including but not limited to taxes and rate codes were within company, state and federal regulations..
• Coordinate and maintain files for 278 rental counter locations in the US, Canada, and Hawaii.
• Troubleshoot location issues with tax calculations, vehicle, and customer issues.
• Provide project reports to all levels of management on new system requirements
• Facilitate the addition of two major business functions into the rental counter application.
• Lead team of up to 5 full-time employees in completion of day to day functions and project specific tasks.

• Responsible for ensuring change management processes and activities are adhered in accordance with company policy. Process change requests including preparation of management reporting for senior management members..
• Design, develop, test, and implement an in-house change management process including development of a GUI interface to the company’s Intranet, which moved the paper-process to an Oracle database.
• Assist with transition to third-party change management application.
• Coordinate both application and hardware changes with third-party data center.
• Use SQL to design and report change management metrics to senior management.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations for Leadership team.
