While on Smartfood she spearheaded their guerilla marketing program, set up and managed a network of 11 public relations agencies, and launched the national launch under Frito Lay. Also at Mullen, Emily developed the international marketing & communications program for Malden Mills in five countries. Malden Mills is the leading manufacturer of Polartec fleece fabric.Austin, Texas was Emily’s home prior to Mullen. In Austin she was Director of Advertising and Public Relations for KLRU-TV where she revamped the station’s image, moving them from a home-town station to a national leader with their “Austin City Limits” shows becoming the number one country music show in the nation.
