Emily Heady is a Client Service Assistant at Sterling Seacrest Pritchard. She is proficient in Spanish. Colleagues describe her as "I had the pleasure of leading Emily Heady for roughly 2.5 years and during that time, witnessed her professional, technical, and leadership skills grow exponentially. In our time together, she was dedicated to learning and being an efficient analyst but also made herself available to her peers. Emily was great at holding herself accountable and constantly sought out feedback to take action on and better herself. I admired her ability to problem solve and her passion to understand other areas of the business and tie that knowledge back to the front end work she performed. I could count on Emily to lead in my absence (and in my presence!), to engage and inspire our team, and deliver on results. She was always more than willing to assist with the onboarding and mentoring of new hires, assisting with and giving presentations to our department and organization, and was always eager to impart her knowledge in the way of job shadows with people interested in our line of business. Additionally, Emily led several different DEI and engagement efforts outside of her desk job which included an Employee Resource Group (ERG), a department-wide engagement committee, and was nominated as a tactical change agent to help with the messaging and understanding of change management. Emily exhibits the type of skills and behaviors any leader or company desires and does so with humility and an eagerness to learn and improve. It was such a great experience to lead and work alongside Emily for the few years we had together and my honor to be a part of her robust and growing career journey."
