-Manage and lead multiple national and global MSP accounts. Facilitate all client communication and relationship management after implementation, including generating new opening leads, employee-relation communication and issues, etc. -Lead daily openings meeting, and strategically determine position focus among a team of 4 recruiters. -Full-cycle recruiting on a national and remote basis. Partner with Marketing Team to develop Recruitment Marketing plans to reach qualified candidates and build talent pools. -Manage on-boarding of new employees including pre-employment screening. Created auditing processes for all recruiters to ensure compliance. -Manage all contract-employee relation issues including coaching, terminations, payroll issues, worker’s compensation, etc.

-Manage full life-cycle recruiting from hourly to managerial level positions, including group interviews, phone interviews and coordinating in-person interviews in a high-volume industry-Create and build relationships with external sources including colleges and universities, and organizations to develop a pipeline of candidates. Act as the main point of contact for local college boards and community recruiting resources -Creatively sourcing for candidates using many differing outlets, including LinkedIn, Indeed, HCareers, Zip Recruiter, internal and external career fairs, local colleges and other community resources-Planning and execution of internal and external hiring events-Facilitate Interview Training Course for hiring managers-Worked on project team to create and roll out a new interview process including Realistic Job Previews and pre-screening questions-Assisted with implementation of new applicant tracking system and facilitating training classes to hiring managers-Focusing on 90-day turnover deep dive to continuously improve hiring and on-boarding processes-Manage all pre-employment requirements for new team members

-Managed full life-cycle or recruiting for timely client placement-Conducted one-on-one interviews including face-to-face and phone interviews-Facilitated on-boarding class and orientation including administering drug screens, policy review and assisting with online forms-Provided direct customer service for clients

-Managed all in-coming phone calls on a multi-line system -Coordinated the orientation of new employees including administering drug screens, assisting with tax forms and presenting company policies and procedures -Assisted the recruiters with finding new candidates through a pre-screening process and phone interviews.

-Direct customer contact to obtain disposition for overages, shortages and damages on freight-Responsible for day to day operational tasks-Trained and assigned tasks to new team members
