I am a recent Drury University graduate passionate about sustainability, mental health, and holistic well-being. I recently graduated with my B.A. in Psychology, a Spanish minor, and also obtained credentials in Holistic Health Practices and Professional and Visual Communications. I am currently looking for a job in the sustainability realm to help generate positive local impacts in the KC area. I am also about to embark on my 200-hour yoga teacher certification with the Therapeutic Yoga Institute. I feel passionately about fusing my passion for mindfulness and yoga with sustainability to become a more aware human about my impact on the world and learning how to help others do the same.
