I designed and created 7 new pieces of jewelry that were sold on the company website, and I also created line drawings in Adobe Illustrator for new designs. I led and executed a photoshoot for a new Game Day Collection by planning the image of the shoot, styling the stacks and selecting clothing for the models. I utilized Shopify to track inventory, tag products on the website and upload products to the website.

I was responsible for developing and maintaining the chapter website and social media, such as the creation of the Pinterest and VSCO accounts, based on the chapter goals and guidelines. I reinforced and upheld Sorority expectations, while working closely with the public relations chairman, through communication to over 200 members explaining the organization’s values and how to uphold them through online activity.

I handled in-person and phone orders while maintaining a positive shopping experience by greeting customers, responding to questions, and assisting with finding merchandise and purchase decisions. I was responsible for managing inventory and minimizing misplacement of merchandise by monitoring items taken to fitting rooms from the sales floor, and recording the store’s on-hand merchandise.
