Coming to an agreement on a product concept that is realistic from the standpoint of the lab and also marketable for the brand is my main focus in this position. I also work to improve internal process and assure that our manufacturing facility is prepared to take on various new projects as I work through the initial Research and Development Phase with new manufacturing partners.
