In this role, I assisted in reviewing literature and technical writing, instrument development, and data collection and analysis.

I assisted students with assignments and studying, presented lectures to students when requested, and graded assignments and provided feedback to students.

During my internship, I completed several projects, including:• Full-cycle recruitment of corporate roles. Managed posting, interviewing, offer, and onboarding of multiple job requisitions• Analyzed Associate Pulse Survey data and presented findings/insights to the Culture Team and CEO• Held weekly meetings with third party vendors to implement employment verifications, background checks, and drug screenings• Assisted with culture development as part of the Culture Team• Organized and standardized the employee filing system• Processed employment verifications for current associates• Created and ran custom reports out of the HRIS system• Applied and received funding approval from Tennessee FastTrack Training Grant for $90,000 over the course of five years
