After attending my oldest brother’s Aggie Ring Day ceremony in 2006 I decided that one day I would add diamonds around my Aggie ring to make it unique. Upon receiving my Aggie ring in April of 2011, I approached Lyles-DeGrazier out of Dallas, Texas to custom make a set of diamond encrusted bands to fit perfectly around both sides of my Aggie Ring. Scott Polk '84, Aggie football letterman and President of Lyles-DeGrazier, learned of my idea and convinced me that this idea had enormous potential to become popular in Aggieland. I was hesitant at first to the idea of turning this idea into a business simply because I wanted to be the only girl with this dazzling addition to my ring. Plus, at the time, I owned and operated a custom game day apparel company and was not necessarily looking for a new endeavor. Since that fateful meeting, we have not looked back and have partnered together to develop a superior fine jewelry product that meets and exceeds the expectations of women who want to add sparkle in a classy way to their Aggie ring or any other college ring. From RW’s official unveiling, the idea has caught on like wildfire and more and more people are “Embracing the Tradition” through RingWraps. The company has customized Wraps for over 60 different school’s rings. Additionally, RW is proud to announce it has three approved design patents on its products.Giving is—and always will be— a cornerstone for the company. In RW’s first 6 years of business, over $500,000 has been raised for student scholarships and non-profit community organizations through RingWraps donations and monetary donations.
