I taught Jazz Technique classes and RAD Ballet classes to students age 14 - 23. I sought to create a learning environment that combined hard work and fun, with a focus on education rather than training. My goal was to help each student understand the application and relevance of what they learned, empowering them to think for themselves and confidently use their knowledge and creativity both inside the classroom and out.

I began here as an Administrative Assistant for multiple individuals and worked my way up to Office Manager. I trained and oversaw multiple employees, handled detailed, time-sensitive orders and gained experience in developing and implementing new programs and improving existing practices. I also managed the showroom, providing company and product information to potential customers, creating quotes and closing sales.
