I am currently a Learning Consultant for a Pharmacy Benefit Manager, Prime Therapeutics. I facilitate training for new hire classes, client training and train the trainer. In my role I consult with various leaders, subject matter experts and training and development vendors to deliver training programs. I also assist with development and design following the ADDIE model for training materials and communications including job aids, training manuals, PowerPoint decks, handouts, and other materials. I also keep accurate tracking/measuring training metrics. My audience includes a variety of audiences within organization- interfacing with staff of all levels.

I am currently a Training Instructor for a large system implementation project with the CARA Group and U.S. Cellular®. Delivery methods include virtual and instructor led training on over 80 courses. I also provide a positive learning environment for all participants, which include 14,000 associates, franchisees, vendors and partners. I provide supplemental support after training to reinforce processes and procedures. I also contribute to continuous training revisions and improvements.
