While working in Primark I learnt the importance of teamwork, reliability and having confidence in difficult situations. Working in a fast paced environment in a well known chain meant each day I was presented with a new problem or challenge. Each day I was tested on stamina and patience; it was of the utmost importance to be polite at all times, accurate on the register and in the stockroom.

As an intern I took on many roles primarily dealing with complaints about TV, radio, print, poster and online ads and assessed them against the code of standards as set out by the Advertising Standards Authority. In my time at the ASAI I had the pleasure of corresponding not only to the many complainants but also the different advertising bodies and leaders in the advertising industry.
