I joined RAA in 2020 after seven years with BHP, leading media relations in Melbourne and corporate affairs for Olympic Dam. I am proud to lead the fantastic RAA Community and Corporate Affairs team of around 50 people and play a role in the future of this iconic South Australian brand. Before joining the resources industry, I spent 10 years with General Motors as Director of Communications for Holden; Director of Communications for GM Powertrain Europe, based in Turin, Italy; and PR Manager for Premium Brands group in Australia, including Saab, HUMMER and Cadillac. Early in my career, I held media relations roles with Telstra and the University of Melbourne. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of SA, post-graduate Diploma in Management from Melbourne Business School and I completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors Course in 2022.
