Provide high level leadership in overseeing all food & beverage operations in the Bright Angel complex while working side by side with the Assistant Managers to develop their skill sets. Maintaining a 5-unit Food and Beverage, 130 hourly employee operation. This includes scheduling all BOH/FOH employees, multi-unit inventory, and safety walk throughs and compliance with Risk Management.
