Developed and implemented Brookdale's strategic planning for international education. Managed $500,000 budget, wrote annual reports, supervised staff of six, and assessed programs. Reviewed international education policies and procedures concerning health and safety, study abroad registration, financial aid, application processing, technology, orientations, program materials, and customer service. Provided homestay placements, support services, orientations and programming for over 100 international students annually. Developed and marketed consortial study abroad programming, faculty-led study abroad programs, faculty exchange programs, familiarization visits, and annual international festival.
