LGC Hospitality acquired 12 staffing business markets from Shiftgig, and myself and my team were a part of that transition. In my role and transition with LGC, I trained internal employees in person at eight different branched across the United States. I assisted in implementing new staffing technology into LGC's daily operations, which proved to be an asset due to my previous knowledge of Shiftgig's systems and processes. I traveled independently for this role and was able to combine my love for teaching, people, and process improvement to bring LGC to the next level. Unfortunately, this position was eliminated due to COVID.

In my role as a Community and Customer Success Manager, I focused on supporting employees and clients with a variety of questions and concerns through multiple communication channels, including Zendesk, phone, Social Media, and email. I investigated complex employee disciplinary situations and brought fairness to this process by being thorough and listening to all parties involved. I also identified and developed processes that helped scale and advance Shiftgigs mission, while keeping the focus of providing outstanding customer experiences along the way.

Greater Chicago Area

In this position with U.S. Jaclean, I sold luxury health products in event and retail settings, including trade shows and consumer driven marketing. In these settings, I worked with potential clients to explain and demonstrate the products value, answer questions and assist them with their choices. I successfully implemented my sales and customer service skills to complete sales cycles and close sales with customers while representing the brand and mission of U.S. Jaclean.

Dekalb, Il

As the acting Assistant Director of the University Honors Program, I developed programs, policies, and objectives related to internal and external communications. I implemented programming to increase engagement in learning activities outside of the classroom and for increased academic learning. I also focused on the student staff, where I selected, trained, and supervised a team of students. In this role, I also provided leadership and guidance where needed to the University Honors Living-Learning community, and assisted those students during special events and orientation days.

Phnom Penh, Cambodia

In my time in Cambodia, I worked with a local University to strengthen their relationships with international partners in education. I successfully managed affiliations with national and international providers of education to increase opportunities for students at institution. I assisted the University in implementing processes to qualify for more US Grants. I also advised students who were interested in perusing study abroad programs by helping them with financing and other necessary information.
