As Program Director, I monitored & supervised clinical operations including following patient care from admission to discharge. I coordinated ongoing development of clinical programming including clinical and administrative training of new personnel & interns. I managed clinician scheduling, organizational compliance of CARF policies, as well as coordinated/participated in outreach networking. As a psychotherapist, I conduct individual and family counseling sessions, as well as lead/co-lead psychoeducational groups, cognitive behavioral groups, experiential groups and process-oriented groups predominantly with individuals seeking treatment for eating disorders and co-morbid concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma history, and substance abuse. At ACE, this included maintaining daily documentation associated with client progress via clinical case notes for groups and individual/family sessions, participation in case management activities including acting as liaison between patients and family members, and outpatient care providers, supporting patients in their recovery goals, and discharge planning.I also collaborated weekly with a multi-disciplinary treatment team to discuss case conceptualizations and treatment planning.

Aided in conducting various studies related to obesity, eating disorders, eating patterns and restraint via interviewing participants.Collected and entered data, as well as conducted and presented research analysis.Trained in and conducted various test assessments including the EDE (Eating Disorder Exam), the restrained eating scale and an experimental mood assessment template.
