I’ve spent over 10 years in the risk insurance industry, working in various roles like call centre operations, administration, and sales as a Business Development Associate. Throughout my career, I’ve taken on senior roles in both call centre and administration settings, showing my leadership and commitment to excellence. My experience working in the direct and advice risk space has given me a solid understanding of the industry and a real passion for helping clients with their insurance needs.Currently, I’m working as a Paraplanner, using my background to support financial advisers and make sure our clients get the best service and insurance most appropriate to their needs & objectives. My goal is to move into the advice space as a Risk Adviser, where I can have a direct impact on clients’ financial security.I’m also studying B-COM - Financial Planning at Deakin University, which is helping me deepen my expertise.
