As a Development Director, I developed relationships with donors, created social media content, and planned marketing and fundraising events. I also managed a donor management database called Donor Perfect. In 10 months serving in this position, donor revenue increased 128%. As a faculty member, I designed and taught two new courses that aligned with New York State standards.

In my full-time faculty role, I developed and taught five new college courses to both on-campus and online students: Leadership and Management Philosophy, Family Conflict and Resolution, Business Ethics, Introduction to Business, and Foundations for Life. As a program chair, I oversaw the assessment of the program, which included participation in assessment reviews with faculty and interviews with TRACS accreditation leaders.

In this role, I assisted in developing the mission and program objectives of the Business program. I collected and organized the information submitted to New York State to offer a new degree program and participated in the Accreditation interview process for offering a new degree program for the college. I also built ten new syllabi for courses to be taught in the program and taught one online course.

As a Campus Life director, I organized and directed all college campus events for staff and students, including graduation. I managed the food service director and student employees to create efficient processes and food safety compliance. Participated as a member of the presidential leadership team, developing accreditation policies, assessing campus-wide programs and proposing leadership initiatives.Established a mentor program that offered students career counselors and adult mentors.Developed a "Phone Etiquette" training for staff.Designed the college's first Healthy Living workshop initiative to encourage student health and wellness.As an Assistant Dean, I oversaw the social development of students, primarily through coaching and training. In addition, I met with students who were struggling with mental health issues and in need of social support. I developed disciplinary contracts and implemented restoration plans for students who were not following school standards and worked in conflict mediation. I also led the Resident Advisor program, which involved leading a summer training, a weekly leadership meeting and individualized leadership coaching sessions with student resident advisors. I built and taught a college course called "Discovering your purpose" and gave inspiring messages to students in monthly gatherings.

In this role, I gave administrative support to the Provost and academic department. I assisted in writing the Self Study report and submit the information needed to apply to NY state and TRACS for the college's first accredited degree program in its almost 95 years of providing educational programs.

In this role, I managed the general operations of a medical office, overseeing staff and an off-site scheduling call center, managed marketing initiatives and provided conflict mediation between clients and medical staff. Implemented and trained staff on a new scheduling/billing data management system. As a weight loss coordinator, my responsibility was to sell weight loss program packages and meet weekly with clients to coach them through our weight loss program and ensure their successful completion. In the first year of my position as weight loss program director, I developed a new business initiative that increased company revenue $64,000 in the first six months and directed a weight loss program that exceeded company profits by 40% from the previous year.In addition, I was able to help the company consolidate their expenses by fulfilling both the office manager and weight loss director position. These roles were previously two positions, and I fulfilled and exceeded the financial revenues of the weight loss program while also managing the staff and office in one full-time position.
