As a Global Talent Assessment Lead at IBM, I have over 10 years’ experience in applying the science of human behaviour at work to identify and select the best talent for the company. I lead a multidisciplinary team of psychologists and practitioners, and partner with talent acquisition, HR, and the business to drive selection best practices and decision support solutions.My mission is to create a seamless and engaging candidate experience, leveraging data science and technology to deliver successful outcomes across the talent lifecycle. I have designed and implemented the award-winning 'Select for IBM' app, a one-stop-shop for hiring managers, recruiters, and interviewers to collaborate and manage the entire interview process. I have also conducted talent research projects, analysed talent data using predictive analytics, and trained and developed HR professionals in disruptive HR and enterprise design thinking.
