The Jack Dicus Business Honors Program (BHP) emphasizes teaching excellence, small seminar-style classes, high standards of achievement and a selection of experiential learning opportunities. Honors students have opportunities for interaction with faculty, specialized course work, and focused academic and professional advising.

Acting as a Student Ambassador on the Campus Recruiting Team at the University of Kansas.

Working on a representative team of 8 responsible for $450,000+ in student travel in Fall 2023.Managing and presenting BarCrawls in collaboration with LineLeap with over 1,400 participants.

Leads programming for the largest sorority at the University of Kansas, with over 270 members. Liaison to the general Panhellenic community, advisors, and national organization to ensure overall alignment.Supervises all areas of chapter life and ensures adherence to high standards. Presides at chapter and executive meetings. Directs and oversees all Vice President and Director positions.

Serves in the absence of the Chapter President. Management of the chapter roster, member status changes and the master calendar, as well as all reporting and correspondence. Fulfills all administrative responsibilities including acting as secretary and Recording Secretary, maintaining electronic and hard copies of meeting minutes, enforcing parliamentary procedure, and maintaining member contract files. Leads the chapter’s annual bylaws and bylaws addendum review process by collaborating with the Chapter Leadership Team and Member Conduct Committee and complying with the Fraternity’s bylaws review process.

The ePlatform aims to provide KU Business School students with additional opportunities for involvement through a variety of clubs, certifications, and workshops. Increased student involvement expands the students’ foundational knowledge, elevates resumes, and gives business Jayhawks a competitive edge in the job force.
